Contract Variations

We received our final electrical plans in the mail yesterday so we will be signing them and popping them back to the consultant this week.

Today we received the amended Post Contract Variation 1 with our laundry plan changes and a couple of other things. There is now a $731 charge for an "As Constructed" Height certificate for council which is another cost we didn't know about.

They seem to have made most of the requested changes correctly so we should be signing that off in the next couple of days too.
