Start the clock

The final post contract variation document and colour selection for the push catches on the laundry overheads have now been signed and our file has now been sent off for the final drawings to be completed. What a mission!

We have been told that we are about 4-5 weeks from site start, which makes it mid April at this stage, hopefully we end up starting on time as we will be cutting it fine for when our lease expires on the place we are renting.

So, the countdown is on to really knuckle down our savings to cover all the little and not so little things that we were unable to include in our mortgage.
