We encountered this slippery character hanging around our block today, its our first official sighting of a snake so far, hopefully they don't come any bigger than that :-0
The internal painting has now started and it looks like the first coat has almost been completed, here are a few piccies of what it currently looks like:
The painters will probably take the rest of the week to complete their work and then it will be the electrical and plumbing.
We estimate that the completion of the house is about 4-6 weeks away and boy it couldn't come soon enough!
We are also in the process of getting quotes for earthworks for the shed and driveway, with any luck they will come in under our budget, but we will find that out in the next few days.
