Facade

Here is the Facade we have chosen - its called the Byron and features a small balcony with sliding doors which will come off the TV area and a nice covered patio. There is also some feature weatherboard around the front of the TV area and some of the side.

We are still umming and ahhing about whether to render or not but we think that we will just stick with light coloured bricks for the moment as we can always render it later if we really want.

We are leaning towards a Surfmist Colorbond roof with greys/light colours for the rest of the exterior but need to see them together before deciding.
