Our new plans

Here is the standard floor plan for the Emperor Q1 that we have just put the deposit on:

We are taking up the Master suite to rear option at no charge as it will suit our block better, here's what the change looks like:



We are also increasing the outdoor area by selecting the Grand Patio & Grand Alfresco option, eventually we would like a pool to be situated directly off this area:

There are a few other small changes we have selected we'll post them up once we receive the drawing for our house.
