So, in between now and then they need to scrape the site and lay the slab, we'd better get out to the site at some point for the traditional gold coin under the slab for good luck.
It should also mean that they will be digging for the HSTP and water tank soon too and we will find out if there is rock in them there hills, if not, we can save a whole lot of cash on earthworks.
