Frame-tastic!

We made an impromptu visit to the land this afternoon and were pleasantly surprised with the following sight:

 

The framing for the ground floor is almost complete and our fingers are crossed that the top floor will be done early next week ready for the roof.

There are 3 steel beams on site which we are assuming are for the front balcony and lots of particleboard flooring for upstairs, so it looks like everything is ready to go.

It is amazing to walk through the 3D version of the plans we have been looking at for the past 9 months and getting a real appreciation of the size of each room and envisaging where our bits and pieces of furniture will go.
