A grand total of $1142, a whopping $6258 less than the provisional sum in our contract which is fantastic and will really help cut into the extra $10k we spent on electrical.
The actual cost from the earthworks guy was $865, but the 20% builders margin and GST brought it up to the $1142.
It feels great to now have some certainty on that costs and we can get a better idea of our budget from here on in.
