The brickwork is finished now and it looks like we will end up with a fair few bricks left over for us to use in our outdoors areas which will save a bit of cash, the scaffolding is still up while the eaves are being completed
The roof has also been put on the alfresco/patio areas and the aircon ducts relocated so we have now been given the space back in the master WIR which we are very happy about.
The cladding on the front, sides and back is also up, here are some pics of the front balcony:
We are a little disappointed with the workmanship on the exposed trusses, there are 3 that have split wood like the pic below, we're not too sure what can be done about it at the moment but we will bring it up with the SS anyway
